Juliet Flam-Ross (she/her) is a researcher based in Portland, Oregon. She has a master's in public health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a bachelor's in economics from Oberlin College. She enjoys and has experience leveraging social media as a tool to promote health, harm reduction, and research outcomes.

Aditya Deshpande, MS
Aditya (he/him) is a Data & Product Lead with expertise in building data-driven products and managing end-to-end initiatives across industries. He holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from New York University, where he focused on combining advanced analytics with product strategy to solve complex challenges. Aditya has led multiple 0-to-1 product builds, overseen large-scale data projects, and developed predictive models and dashboards to drive strategic decision-making. Proficient in Python, SQL, Power BI, and product management practices, he is skilled at communicating with stakeholders, aligning technical teams with business needs, and delivering solutions that create measurable value. Aditya brings a thoughtful, results-oriented approach and thrives on transforming ideas and data into impactful, scalable products.

Maribel Barrera, BA
Maribel Barrera (she/ella), a passionate digital marketer based in Chicago. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with a concentration in Radio, Television, and Film, and minors in Digital Studies, Sports Communication, and Chicane/Latine Studies.​ With three years of experience, her work lives at the intersection of creative storytelling and cultural advocacy. She is dedicated to using digital marketing to amplify underrepresented voices and create space for stories that matter. She's helped brands develop identity-driven campaigns that connect with diverse communities, making their messages more impactful and inclusive.

Graphic Designer
Caitlin Carroll, MA
Caitlin Carroll (she/her) is a strategic marketing and communications leader who specializes in turning complex missions into stories that move people to act. With more than a decade of experience across public health, housing, education, and LGBTQ+ advocacy in both corporate and nonprofit sectors, she has led marketing and personalization campaigns that helped a retail organization earn multiple USA TODAY “America’s Best” awards, developed grassroots political campaigns that helped elect progressive leaders in the rural South, and advanced equity-focused initiatives in Europe.
Caitlin holds a Master of Arts, with Merit, from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College. For more than ten years, she has combined digital marketing with graphic design—shaping projects like The Trans Love Project, supporting brand redesigns, and elevating both digital and print materials to be more cohesive, inclusive, and visually compelling. Across her roles, she blends data-driven strategy with art and design craft to create accessible content that resonates across platforms.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to systemic justice and equity. Caitlin is dedicated to building campaigns that are inclusive and unapologetically affirming of queer and transgender communities, helping organizations tell stories that truly reflect the people they serve.

Melanie Schwarz, MA
Melanie (she/her) is a senior content strategist and health communication specialist with more than seven years of experience creating clear, engaging content for public health, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations. She has led content strategy and project management for national initiatives with federal and nonprofit partners, and supported public health research projects to understand and support health behavior change. Melanie brings deep expertise in health literacy and health communication, with work spanning audience research, website development and testing, and health education materials. She is passionate about advancing public health through thoughtful, audience-centered interventions.
